Henley-on-Thames

The itinerary file still does not have a 2026-09-12 entry, so this is using the only explicit remaining location context in `plans.json`: Henley-on-Thames. It is a clear, cool start around 12C, feeling about 11C, with a light WSW breeze and no rain showing now. Today should be mild and bright, roughly 11-23C; a light layer is useful first thing, then sunglasses should do more work than an umbrella.
