Weather

Henley-on-Thames

The itinerary file still does not have a 2026-09-16 entry, so this is using the only explicit remaining location context in `plans.json`: Henley-on-Thames. It is a cool, clear start around 11C, feeling closer to 9C in a WNW breeze around 13 km/h. Today should run about 10-17C, turning overcast from the morning onward with only a low rain chance; a light layer is the main thing, and sunglasses are more useful early than later.
