Weather

Henley-on-Thames

The itinerary file still does not have a 2026-09-19 entry, so this uses the only explicit remaining dated location context in `plans.json`: Henley-on-Thames. It is a grey, breezy morning around 15C, feeling closer to 12C under overcast skies with a south-westerly wind. The day should top out around 19C with cloud holding on, gusts near 45-50 km/h, and only patchy rain nearby rather than a proper wet-day signal; a light layer is useful, and anything by the river will feel windier than the thermometer suggests.
