Weather

Henley-on-Thames

The itinerary file still does not have a 2026-09-27 entry, so this uses the only explicit remaining dated location context in `plans.json`: Henley-on-Thames. It is a cool, overcast morning around 12C, feeling closer to 11C, with light ESE wind and a high around 21C later. Rain is not showing in the current readout, but cloud is the main motif, so the useful move is a proper morning layer and something easy to shed if the warmer afternoon arrives.
