The itinerary file still does not have a 2026-09-28 entry, so this uses the only explicit remaining dated location context in `plans.json`: Henley-on-Thames. It is a cool, fully overcast start around 11C, feeling closer to 10C, with a light northerly wind and a high around 18C later. Rain is not showing in the current readout, but cloud is the main motif, so the useful move is a proper morning layer and something easy to shed if the afternoon feels milder.
